Description
Monte do Cravo Pequeno - Serpa
Monte do Cravo Pequeno is a rural property located in the Serpa region, in the district of Beja. Serpa is known for its typical Alentejo landscape, with vast olive groves, plains and scattered hills. It is rich in historical heritage, with medieval walls, castles and a strong wine and gastronomic tradition.
This Monte has an urban area of 226sqm and a rustic area of 12,273sqm.
It consists of a traditional Alentejo single-storey house with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room with fireplace, kitchen, pantry and porch. The house is supplied by spring water from two boreholes.
The agricultural area is supplied by water from the Alqueva, with a drip irrigation system. In the rustic area, with its own supply tank, there is also an old olive grove with land for planting a new grove. There is also a free area without any cultivation (around 3200sqm) close to the living area.
It's an ideal location for those looking for tranquillity, nature and the rural charm characteristic of this region. Many hills (or estates) in the area are used for agricultural purposes, rural tourism or as family refuges.
